The ability to communicate effectively is a skill set. There is a difference between talking and communicating. It is not just saying words that matter, but in the way you say them. Some things may need to be said with urgency, while others may need to be shared more calmly. By developing your communication skills, you can say things that others can’t and yet use the exact same words.
2. Personal Development.

Personal Development is important in every aspect of your life. In order for your life to get better, you must get better. In my pursuit of becoming an Olympian, I kept trying ot get better, get faster and win more. What I realized is that the Goals were there to entice me to become the person it would take, in order to accomplish those goals.
3. Goal Setting.
The significance of a man is not in what he attains but in what he longs to attain.

The importance of Setting a Goal can not be misunderstood. In order to arrive at your desired location, you must first know where you want to go. Setting Goals are important because they act as a compass. One must set big, clear, passionate and sometimes scary unrealistic goals. In actuality, no goals are unrealistic if you are willing ot pay the price.
4. Leadership.
Leaderhship is lonely. It’s lonely being a leader and taking up the responsibility. Yet, being a leader ask for you to embrace this challenge. One has to ask themselves do they want to be a Leader or do they want to be a clown. It’s a clowns job to make everyone happy. That is not the leaders job. A leader is to encourage and help others reach the desired goals and accomplish the group goals.
5. Time Management.
Time is one of the most important things we have. Wasting time is worse than wasting money in many cases. A person that values time and knows how to have it work for them, will have an advantage over someone that feels as if their is a shortage of time.
