You have more leeway than you think you do

We often:
force ourselves to ask only intelligent questions
restrict ourselves to minimum entitlements
feel like there is only so much ‘good’ work that we can be asked to do
wait for the ‘wiser’ people to speak before we can
deny ourselves of the obvious privileges
assume that we are going to be judged for every statement we make
create a pressured atmosphere because we think that will help us thrive
But it’s okay and in fact, welcome to:
ask stupid questions
claim entitlements
ask for more good work
speak without the fear of being judged
work without boundaries
The pressure and boundaries are self-created. Reality is a huge open field, waiting for you to get comfortable and take more space than you think you deserve.
